SPECIAL NOTICE FOR DECEMBER ORDERS:
Due to recent government restrictions in Panama, all orders from December 22nd 2020- January 4th 2021 will begin to be shipped out as of January 5th 2021.
When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
We strive to provide you with the most accurate details and descriptions of our goods, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any good which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Once your order is processed we will inform you by email and we will confirm the expected date of delivery and shipping information.
Delivery costs and taxes may be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost' upon checkout. Taxes will be calculated according to the shipping address.

Prices are quoted net of delivery cost from Miami, Fl. Delivery costs will be added at checkout.
Shipping & Delivery
Online processing times can take up to 3 business days. Your goods should arrive at your address within 3-7 days from when your order was processed or dependent on your choice of shipping at checkout. If you have not received your delivery within nine days, please contact us at email@example.com. During SALE season, please allow up to 6 days for your order to be processed. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

Returns & Exchanges
For ALL returns, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within fourteen days of delivery to notify us of your exchange or cancellation. Please provide order number in your email to us. Items received with no prior notification or authorization or after the date will not be refunded.
Right of Return:
You have the right to cancel your purchase without giving any reason within a period of 14 calendar days after the day of delivery of the goods. You may only return products that are in the same condition as they were when you received them. We will not make any refund, nor accept the return of any products if the item has been used, is not labeled, has undergone some damage, or is not in its original packaging. The goods must be undamaged and unused with all labels and tags intact. Returns that are damaged or soiled, washed or worn (other than to try the item on) will NOT be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or the refund refused. All items returned should include the completed returns note with an order reference number and your contact details. Unidentified returns may not be eligible for a refund.
All sale section items are final sales and do not apply for refunds.
Costs for return
Beezú Baby is not responsible for shipping costs that may incur regarding the return of an exchanged or cancelled product. Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible. Please note that additional duties, taxes or any other charges that may result from an overseas return will not be refunded by Beezú Baby.
Faulty or damaged goods:
Sometimes we make mistakes. If you receive the wrong order or any delivered products were received damaged or have manufacturing faults, please contact us immediately at email@example.com. Please, state the nature of the problem and (when possible) attach a photo of the faulty item. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. For faulty or incorrect deliveries, Beezú Baby will make a full refund to you, including return shipping, as soon as possible. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that replacements will be subject to availability.
We will try to resolve disputes when they first arise; we value your opinion greatly, so please let us know if you have any complaints and/or comments at firstname.lastname@example.org.
